Floor Buffing
I need my oak parquet wood floors either buffed or waxed.
Please explain the 2 procedures.
The space is about 400sq ft or a little less.

First wax. Then buff.

Are you sure you want wax ??
Most have a poly top coat, not wax.

We recently used Precision Flooring to restore our parquet floors. Wound up costing us around $4.50/sf, but it was worth it. They did an amazing job (including a considerable amount of repair work on damaged pieces of parquet). I highly recommend them - we really couldn't believe how well they brought our old floor back to life.
