Commercial space rate in central slope

Does anyone know what commercial space in central park slope on 5th avenue go for? ($/sq ft).

Comments

While recently trying to rent my store I had tracked Park Slope commercial rental rates. For storefront space on 5th Ave., there were a wide range of prices available, from about $28/sf to $103/sf. The average seemed to be around $56/sf/yr.

It depends on what the use will be. A restaurant will pay a lot more than say an office or a retail store. I agree with Bessie, I have seen spaces go for $58 a sq. ft. up to $100 sq. ft.

Thanks for the input. The space in question is a bar with a liq. license.

A bar is definately going to be on the higher end per sq. ft.
