Window Repair/Replacement
Just bought an apartment and the windows have some issues (some have condensation, many don't open and close well). Does repair work in most cases or is it better to just replace the windows. Also, someone recommended Olympic Glass Company and I wondered if anyone had feedback about them or any other recommendations.

If you bought a coop or condo you cannot just replace windows. For a coop it is common -- coop responsibility.
