Replacing Windows

Our eight-unit co-op plans to have all of our windows replaced and are thinking of going with Park Slope Windows. Some of us have brand-new interior molding, while others have no molding and just drywall or molding that's been painted over a lot. What kind of damage should we expect to the interior molding?

I can't answer your question about molding, but if you mean Park Slope Glass is the company doing your work, I would reconsider...they did a terrible job in my apartment. Similar to you: an 8 unit co-op decided to replace all windows shortly before we bought. They didn't use the correct size windows (which I assume would be a custom size) in my place, filled the gaps with pieces of wood, and did NO interior caulking. Useless.

DONT USE THEM! They are the worst. They cashed a deposit check from me on July 5, 2008... and to this day... no window. They said they would give me my deposit back (350.00) but have not. I call about twice a week, and I've heard every excuse, including that the check went in the mail. That was last month! Stay away.
