Rent-to-Own
Does anyone know the listings in Bay Ridge for R-to-O?
Everyone is talking about the opportunitiy of renting to own but I am having a hard time finding the proper listings.

Have you tried contacting a real estate agent yet? Maybe they can steer you in the right direction. We bought in Bay Ridge three years ago and we used Re-Max on 81st and 3rd ave. Also Aguayo and Hubner in Park Slope also helped us look as they were selling our Park Slope apt. They had a broker in Bay Ridge at the time so they had some Bay Ridge listings. I'm really not familiar with the rent to buy market but maybe a realtor can help you get started.

I'm trying to get in touch with the realtors that have sowed me apartments in the past. The plan was to purchase but with this market it has become impossible.
