question about the park slope parade tonight...
i know it's on 7th avenue and starts on 15th and heads down to union right? it starts at 630..? what time does it reach union? is it a slow moving parade or do they walk fast?

Not sure about the parade but I heard that gangs have their initaition tonight. Their target are women so carefullll out there, take care of your girls!

It usually takes a little over half an hour for it to reach Union.

i read about that too on the city-guide boards.. kinda scary. was it the thread that if you hear someone scream "eight oh" you better run and duck? there are police and security at the parade i assume tho, right?

i wound up hanging out with a neighbor in my building. we pooled together candy, treats, and little toys and handed them out to the kids walking by on the sidestreet of 1st. it was nice. overall i thought this neighborhood felt really halloweeny if that makes any sense hahaha
