Trying to fig out what a vacant 4 story brownstone, happens also to be SRO go for bet classon and franklin, people are saying this is a really hot area

Look at Property Shark comparables and search these forums for "SRO" and "Certificate of no Harassment."

Please help if you can. I'm currently restoring my 2006 Fedders building and the bricks are falling off the facade. do any of you know where I can find matching ones?
