Contractor for a Victorian in historic district
I'm looking at a renovation of a Victorian in Ditmas Park. Anyone have any recommendations?
I'd prefer someone with experience in the neighborhood.

Try AllRenovation Construction, they just finished a Victorian on Rugby Rd. The website has the before pics up but I was able to do a walk through of the finished project. Amazing! They did a great job. Call them and ask them to take you to that job site. I live in the neighborhood and they had previously worked on my home so they were nice enough to show me this job...they've only gotten better.

I recommend Transcend Construction, they recently completed some work for us (ktichen/baths) and the work was great. I can't say if they operate or have experience in your nabe, but give them a call to find out. They work fast and have great quality as well.

We live in the neighborhood, just finishing up a major project of our two family house -- took the roof off, new central AC, added two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, redid the main floor and finished the basement with a new bathroom. Very happy with our GC Richard of Masterpiece Construction who has done a lot of work in the area on these old homes, including his own. 646-645-2300, tell him Matt recommended.
