Construction at Boerum and Atlantic
(Won't post this again, I swear! Just figured I'd try at beginning of the week).
There's another sponsor sale in 251 Pacific. But I'm wondering a) what's the monstrous construction project right outside the window and b) is it halted or in progress? I haven't seen any work on it recently.

I do not think that any one really knows what is going on there (what was planned v. what may or may not be transpiring) -- and why in the world would anyone want to buy a sponsor unit at 251? Crappy building and not a great price (particularly in this market!).
