Brownstone Building Manager
I own a 3 family brownstone in Clinton Hill. I am moving away from New York for at least a couple of years and am looking for someone to act as a kind of lightweight super for the building. The building is in very good condition but I need someone in the area to be a contact in cases of emergency or if the tenants need to contact someone in respect of an unforeseen problem, and I am not available. I do not anticipate that there will be anything to do week to week but I would like to discuss the details with the applicant. The pay would be monthly and dependent on the responsibility taken on.
