Anyone ever work with Frank Tamayo at Traubman
Am considering him as my mortgage broker. If you've worked with him, I would love to know your thoughts.

I worked with Frank Tamayo last year after he was recommended to me, and he did an excellent job. My situation was not the most straightforward (I had an excellent but relatively short credit history in the US), and the timing was not good (we were trying to get financing in May 2007 when underwritting guidelines were getting tighter). Given the situation, he and his team worked hard and did a great job; they got me a 30 yr fixed loan with a good rate. I strongly recommend him.

We just used him to get our mortgage after our initial one fell thru- thanks WAMU!
They pulled our new mortgage together in about 2 weeks and every one I spoke to at his office was great!

At the advice of my RE lawyer I used him. We have super credit and were putting down more than 50% on the house. He got us a 6.125 30yr fixed from CitiBank plus a HELOC as backup for my renovations. I probably could have got the same deal anywhere but they were really great in scheduling the closing and all that kind of stuff.

Frank is fantastic! He's given my husband and I (first time homebuyers last year) amazing advice and service. He's wonderful!
