Refinishing floor
We just brought a small house and need the floors refinished.
Any good recommendations? Any idea on the cost per square foot?

Hey, little suggestion, add crown moldings too. That would really finish this room and make it look fully period and original. Also it would bring the eye up and make your ceilings look higher.

Summit is really good--check out the south stuy reno blog for before andafters. They have a special sander that takes off the bare min.--which is necessary for old houses. Tell him southstuy blog sent you
