Pointing & Roof
Hi all,
Does anyone have any recomendations for contractors on the following projects:
1) new roof
2) Re-pointing brick house.

For pointing I highly recommend VinRoy Barronette of Park Slope Brownstone (646 623 5897). He did a huge job for me & was fast & good & reasonably priced. Neighbors even wrote notes about how careful he was about their gardens edging the project.
For roofing I use Jacov - don't have company name - 917 257 7049. Again, good & reasonable.

I had a very good experience with Rocco Roofing who took off an old roof of 15 layers and put on a new one.

We've used Peerless Waterproofing (Mark Lawrence) on our properties and have had a very positive experience with them.

We had some outdoor work done by Transcend construction this past summer (waterproofing, cement, pointing, etc) and recommend them. They were fast and fair.
