Pilot light Q?

Had a pipe burst over the weekend, water accumulated and put out the pilot light on the water heater. I re-lit it this morning and it fired up right off, but then went out a few minutes later. Do you think there is a moisture issue here? I need hot water for obvious reasons, is there anything I can do to dry it out?

All you can do is try to light it again and see if it dries itself out.
If moisture isn't the problem, you'll need a new pilot assembly and thermocouple.

It could be a little evil gnome blowing it out. Have you stayed in the room and seen it go out? I would go with that theory first -- replacing the pilot light assembly is expensive; trapping a little evil gnome is almost free (but they do bite).

It is true that all you can do is try to light it again and see if it dries itself out, but you can help that process by plugging in nearby either/both a room heater and a fan, to help evaporate the moisture.

It costs $3 to fix yourself, $250 for a plumber.

Our building was overcharged repeatedly for this. The best option is to learn to fix it.
