Need beams/joists 'looked at'/replaced

In my 8 unit co-op we have 2 small lollies in the basement. We also have what looks like two other sagging beams elsewhere in the basement. I think the correct course of action is to hire an engineer to find out what if anything needs to be done, then based on that proceed with a contractor on any fixes that are needed. Any input or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

That's the smart way to proceed...

Smart course of action...always the best way to go first, since they are the experts in determining a steady foundation for buildings. More than likely you would need a contractor afterwards. If you are interested, you can contact us to set up an appointment for a free estimate of what the job would cost. Thanks in advance for reading this post.
