Heating Q...
We have had two contractors who sub for National Grid come out and assess our oil heat situation.
Both of them have been, pardon the expression, slimy.. to the extent that my husband didn't feel comfortable moving forward with either of them.
If you have done an oil to gas (forced air) heating conversion and where happy with your vendor do you mind sharing company names and how much the job cost?
So far we are hearing around 6K.
Advice, thoughts and recommendations appreciated.

I just used Easy Air Flo in Brooklyn for a job at my place. The main contact is named Andy. You can reach him at 718-496-3059. I found him (them) very professional, thorough, open to any and all questions I had about the work. Tell him Chris from Decatur Street referred you.

We have forced air system and just convereted to gas from oil yesterday....(honestly!)......we used Victory Bros. Very professional and been around for a long time. They retrofitted ductwork to fit into the new furnace. Talk to Ray or Ava at 718-526-4718.

I am getting started on the conversion too. Would you mind sharing the price? Thank you.

Thanks for the recommendations. One of the contracts he thought was not cool is from Victory.
