Bay Ridge Farmers Market to start this Saturday
Here is the info for the Bay Ridgers who wanted to know. The Green Market will start this Saturday, Oct 4th at the old Key Food Parking lot on 3rd ave and 94th st. It will start at 8:00am and go until 5:00pm There will be produce, meat and fish.
Someone asked before from another nabe how to get a Green Market in their nabe and I think if enough people went to the Comminity board and requested, the would contact the Green Market people to see if they would be interested in having one. Plus I think many people from Bay Ridge contacted the Green Market to express interest and that's how it came to be.

I believe that this will go on until the cold weather arrives. Oh and there will be dairy products as well.
