Zych Construction?

I am looking to renovate a brownstone; can anyone recommend a good architect or contractor? Has anyone recently used Mike Zych Construction?

Currently working with architect James Cleary (718 858-1730) to renovate a brownstone in Park Slope. Its been great working with him and I gladly recommend him.

Zych was one of the contractors that bid on the work. We really liked Mike but after a very tough call, ended up going with another contractor.

I'm a huge fan of AllRenovation as they did a great gut renovation job on my brownstone in Windsor Terrace. Since then they have also built my deck and garden fence plus other items. Any detail questions feel free to email me at adamkidron@hotmail.com Before I hired them I asked that they take me to a current job site so I could talk to a live client...that helped solidify my decision.

You can get more info at their website, my house is the Windsor Terrance garden and parlor floor jobs (check their photo gallery section):

No, I have not heard about Zych Construction but you may want to look at a company that has done renovations in Brooklyn called soho modern. Their website is http://www.sohomodern.com
