Its a hoax. a one bedroom in BH for 199 at less than 300/sf. please.

the post says he is an OWNER,.. and if he is an agent he is taking a HUGE risk... if he is an owner also, great however he is supposed to say he is an owner/broker.
This coop should be on Brooklyn MLS
