The Quickest, Easiest Way To Become a Licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker
Any brokers/agents that might be able to tell me how one goes about getting certified and (if necessary) sponsored? I'm casually interested in finding out more about the process and hoped someone might have some helpful insight. Thanks!

The first step is to register for the 75 hour mandatory course for Sales agents. Then go to a RE company and let them know that you will be taking the exam and find out if they will sponsor you. Once you complete the 75 hour course and pass the school exam, you will need to take the State exam for Sales agents. Once you have completed the course, the two exams and you have a sponsoring broker you will be able to sell real estate.

Before you become a broker you have to become a salesperson.
The course is 45 hours and you can do it in a week.
After two years as a salesperson, and with enough documented transactions you can become a broker.
