RE Attorney Recommendation
My husband and I are looking to make an offer on a co-op in Kensington/Ditmas Park, and would appreciate any recommendations regarding a dependable RE attorney who can help us out. Thanks.

Call Bill Bianco Jr at Bianco & Bianco - 718-366-2600. He is fantastic. He's not the sort of attorney that just says sign here and here and asks for his check. He will protect you and hold your hand through the process. For a townhouse, he charges $1000 to close. I'm not sure if it would be the same for a co-op. Please do yourself a favor and call him.
