Need rental comps

I'm looking into purchasing a brownstone, but mortgage company is giving me a hassle about rental comps.

Anyone know a good way to find comps or have any examples of 2 br floor throughs in Prime Prospect Heights?

I use craigslist and just narrow it down to the neighborhood. It works well for me because often there are pictures which help me closer fit on sq. footage and the amenities of the place.

I use propertyshark.com Check there to get comps using a free trial membership.
