Great Exterminator - Guido Amati - Bravo Exterminating

I saw a couple of posts recently asking for an exterminator and thought I would make a general post about Guido. Guido Amati has helped me out a lot over the years -- the usual regular preventative stuff against roaches and waterbugs, but he also helped me with a problem I had with clothing moths (came from a rug I had in storage and threatened all my nice woolen clothes). He did a great job with the moth thing. He uses green methods (some kind of sex hormones -- no I am not joking -- that attract bugs and really fixes the problem). What I will never forget Guido for and you can't make this stuff up is how he helped me when a squirrel got into my house and trashed my apartment. It was like the thing was on acid and went nuts for 2 days, leaving a trail of destruction that would take a while to describe - let's say that replacing all my window blinds, cleaning all furniture and fixing windows and shutters cost 2,000 bucks. But I needed to get rid of the thing and fast. I came home one night late to find this, called Guido and Guido called me back (that night) to find out the story, met me the next day to set a trap, monitored it and caught the little bastard and set it free some unnamed place in Brooklyn. Anyway, suffice it to say -- Guido is thoroughly knowledgeable and has an encyclopedic knowledge of green exterminating, reasonably priced, honest, reliable, and very very funny. He knew what to do, caught the damn thing fast and we laughed so much, it eased the pain of the wreckage. His company is Bravo Exterminating and his number is 212-465-7579.
