Crest purchasers - what's up w/ 421 a
Realtors still advertising
$0 or $1 monthly real estate tax. As of today, the abatement application is "being processed"? What's up? Anyone anxious like me??

It took almost two years in our building. We had to organize to push the expediter, which felt incredibly ridiculous and frustrating. Don't count on anything. Some people in my building didn't pay their taxes and were willing to take the risk. Consult a lawyer on this issue because that choice could have an effect on your mortgage.

I have had same issue with my new bldg. Word is that the paper apps from last year are not being processed and consultants/devlopers are being asked to re-submit apps online. When I spoke to city she said my app needed to be re-submitted despite being orig sent in July 2007.
