townhouse to condo
Does anyone have information regarding the process of converting a multi-family Brooklyn townhome (4 floors, 4 one bdrm apts) into 4 condominiums for individual sale? Any information regarding the process would be appreciated. TIA

It is a process that will involve an architect, and attorney and potentially a sales and marketing group—if you plan to sell instead of renting the condo units. It is probably best to start with an attorney who would be needed to create the offering plan…
