Paterson Warns of Economic Crisis
n a rare, brief televised address, Gov. David A. Paterson announced on Tuesday afternoon that he would call the Legislature into an emergency session on Aug. 19 to address what he called an economic and budget crisis confronting New York State as a result of plummeting revenues and rising costs.

It's only a crisis b/c ny state spends crazy money on tons of worthless crap. plus, nyc has to subsidize the citizens of ny with the misfortune of living in buffalo.

What--here is an interesting and sincere question. If you are so down on the concept of Brownstone Brooklyn and hate all of its denizens, what would be your ideal outcome for the region? What would you like to see happen? That is besides Chucky getting assraped...
