need recs for good management or maintenance companies
Our mixed-use 10 unit condo building (has both residential and commercial space) needs to find a new management or maintenance company for routine and emergency maintenance and for project management of some large capital projects that will be coming up. Does anyone have any recommendations of good, reliable Brooklyn companies with reasonable fees? We already have someone who does the financial management of the building, so would prefer a pure maintenance company. Thanks for any recommendations!

The clients of Square Indigo Inc. (718-625-3086) seem to keep them around for years.
The owners' names are Doug and Drew Elliott.
I've been doing emergency repairs for them for about 10 years now.

I recently called Square Indigo for a renovation bid after a very pleasant conversation with their workers on another jobsite. They could not schedule an appointment until 10 days later, which they never showed for and never called to cancel. Also did not return follow-up phone calls. Maybe not typical, but that was my experience. Didn't know they provided building management services.
