Need Appraiser
I am deeding a % of my house to my partner and need the house appraised. Can anyone recommend a reliable appraiser?

Just make sure you have spoken to tax lawyer, estate planner,etc and know what you are doing.
Gifting % of ownership could cause immediate tax liabilities. Did you explore other options. Forming LLC,
trusts, etc.

Call a mortgage broker and ask for a referral.
