Looking for an Architect
I am planning a gut renovation of my kitchen and bathroom (both tiny) as well as building a new closet in the bedroom, converting from fuse box to circuit breaker, and other miscc. items. Because I am converting from tub to shower, I am required to file the project with the DoB. I have done the drawings already (I have a background in architecture but am not licensed)and have already purchased all the cabinets, fixtures, appliances, etc. I am looking for an architect to review and stamp the drawings. I already have a trusted contractor with his own expediter. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'd be happy to provide an estimate for the filing work, shoot me an email.

If you not moving any walls, and not relocating the fixtures in the bathroom, do you still have to file the architectural drawings with DOB or maybe just your plumber has to pull his permit for installing new fixtures, that goes for converting the tub to shower? Smokychimp is this possible?

Yes, that'd be possible. Filings are required for removing or moving walls, moving or adding plumbing fixtures. Not required for changing finishes, or for redoing plumbing fixtures in the same location. If the fixtures stay in the same place the plumber files a repair slip and that's all you need.
