Inspections
I'm looking to purchase a co-op and need to find an inspector. Anyone have any recommendations?

We used HouseMaster and were completely satisfied. Heimer also comes highly recommended. Info on both available on the web.

We have had great success with Bruce at Advanced Professional Engineering in Brooklyn. We found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable.

I used Heimer because my RE laywer recommended them.
They were right on about what the costs would be to bring the place up to speed, but of course the seller's wouldn't agree to the full amount in closing credits - only half.
