Bathrooms not on CO
I own a multi-family house that I purchased a couple of years back. The house has three bathrooms that are not on the building's CO. There are two one family units that each have one bathroom that isn't on the CO. The basement also has a bathroom that is not on the CO.
I was just wondering how much trouble could I possibly get into if the city were to find out about them? Also would it be a big deal to actually get them on the CO?
Thanks all for any comments/advice!!

Dosteov, there is a likely chance that you don't have a problem here at all. Your C of O would be tied to a specific set of plans on record at the DoB, and it's that record and not the written C of O statement on the DoB website that governs whether the bathrooms are legitimate. Many residential C of O's won't list specific rooms, they are not that thorough. So you need to go by the filed plans, not the written document.
It's my impression (without knowing more details about your specific situation) that you don't need to worry about this unless you are planning to do future work which changes the C of O to something new. In that case new work would need to comply with current code and you'd want to legalize the bathrooms. But not until that point.
