powder room under stairs

Anyone have experience creating a powder room underneath a parlor floor staircase? We're starting sketches to do this, and looking for any recommendations regarding layout, sizing, where to source extra small victorian style sinks, anything else-

It's a great place for a bathroom - if you can run the pipes there. In my case, that wasn't gonna happen without a lot of money and ripping up the dining room floor.

We put one under the stairs and it worked out great. We bought a tiny sink basin and had it mounted to the bottom of a piece of marble that was made to fit across the width. It saved space and looks great.

Thanks guys- just curious- 5:43, what are the dimensions you had to work with. I'm looking, if possible to fit the think in a 30" by 48" space- so tiny sink and tiny toilet. I know that usually, you need at least 30" by 60"
