Looking for a three bedroom
Hi,
My husband and I are looking for a (real) three bedroom, at least 1400 square feet. We are thinking a budget of 900k or so might cover it. What areas might be the best to look right now? We like to stay near subways, etc.

bed-stuy, right by the C train.

The smallest Lefferts Manor houses, on Lincoln and Rutland Roads and Maple and Midwood Streets west of Rogers Avenue are three bedroom, slightly larger than the sq. foot figure you mention, in your price range and a short commute via the Q and B trains.

10:48, where are there 3BR 1400 sf places in Park Slope for only $900,000?? Dream on.
Try 1000-1100 square feet at the Nogo Novo. That's the only 3BR condo in Park Slope for under a million. And they're sold out. To buyers who can't move in because they won't finish the building.
To get 1400 square feet you're talking about $1.6 million at the Vermeil.
