Looking for a Lawyer Experienced with Seller-Financing
Has anyone done a seller-financed deal? Were you happy with your attorney? Or, are you an attorney with experience setting up a deal like this? Thanks!

All things being equal you should jump at the chance to get seller financing in this market.
