I'm remodeling my kitchen. Does anyone know the resale value of granite countertops vs corian?

Dumb question. Taste is very subjective.
I know a guy who likes big girls with big asses. He also likes chocolate ice cream.

granite is better. corian gets scratched and dinged. you can "heal" it but it's a process. that said it is a seamless smooth surface. granite is about as maintenance free as they come. for resale go granite

Granite is better for countertop than other material, colorful,last wear, easily clean and maintain. We can provide more at www.amoyfortune.com
