Atlantic Yards good or bad?
So this topic has probably been discussed on here before, but being kinda new to Brooklyn I'd like to hear people's opinions on the subject. I plan on buying a condo in Cobble/Boerum/Carroll... and want to know how it will affect me and Brooklyn in general.

it's anyone's guess if it will still happen. project seems to have stalled. that being said, I wouldn't be keen to buy close to Flatbush Ave/Atlantic Ave/3rd Ave. Too much construction/traffic chaos.
