Weekend construction
I live in a condo building which includes both commercial and residential units. Recently, one of the commercial units has been performing interior construction, including on weekends, occasionally resulting in unannounced interruption of water service to the residential units. Can anyone tell me if they need a special permit to perform construction in our building on the weekends, and whether I can report them the DOB for the unannounced interruption in our residentisl water service?

sometimes shit happens and u get unannounced shutdowns, its unfortunate, but it is what it is...
Calling the DOB is a poor way to handle things, in my time snitches got stitches... Talk to your building president...
