Spring Selling Season
So here we are at Memorial Day and the spring selling season has just a couple of more weeks. My sense is that activity on the high end (houses, 3 br+ coops) was way down in Brownstone Brooklyn this spring - fewer listings and fewer offers for the inventory that was out there. Thoughts?

Fewer listings and fewer bids = yawn.
More listings and fewer bids = problems.
