sales trends by neighborhood
Somewhere I saw a website that gave information on how much prices for coops went down (or up) in the last year. I can't find it now. Anyone know how I can find out the sales trends by neighborhood in Brooklyn.

zillow.com will give you trends that may or may not bear any semblance of reality. PropertyShark.com is a better bet.
