Roof Rights
Does anyone know what is involved in getting roof rights if you are on the top floor of a co-op?

Did you ask the board? Managing agent? Is the roof considered a 'common area' according to the bylaws? Do other people use the roof? Does anyone?
Roof membranes are not meant to be walked on without protection, i.e., pavers, deck, or similar.
