Quick poll - What neighborhood is this?

What neighborhood would one consider 255 Eastern Parkway?

It's on Eastern parkway, across from the BMA/Botanical Gardens and is between Classon and Franklin.

Some say Prospect Heights, others Lefferts Garden and others say Crown Heights.

Makes no real difference to me, I'm just curious as to what people think, especially those who live in the area.

Thanks!

Definitely NOT Lefferts, which starts across from the other (southern) end of the BBG. According to my booklet from last Fall's Prospect Heights house tour, the eastern boundary of that neighborhood is Washington Ave., so it's in Crown heights North.

i'd say crown heights. lefferts is not even close - that's south of empire blvd.

Prospect heights is west of this location. it's close but i'd say Crown heights. agree that washington might be the east/west border.

Crown Heights North.

That part of CHN is known as Crow Hill, and has its own identity separate from the rest of CHN, which centers more around Nostrand, New York and Brooklyn Aves.

Crown Heights starts beyond Classon heading towards Queens. Eastern Parkway from Classon to Flatbush Ave. would be Prospect Heights.
