Plumber Needed
I need a plumber for some minor work. Install a toilet, change fixtures for shower and tub. Probably dont need licensed guy-- smart handy man. Any suggestions in Clinton Hill/Fort Greene area. Thanks

If you live in an apartment you might need a licensed plumber because it might be necessary to cut the water in the building if you
don't have a shower valve.

If you are in an apartment the valve has to be shut outside the apartment if you don't have a valve inside your wall where the shower body goes.
If you are in a house it doesn't affect your neighbors below you.
it is that simple.
