Hi did my entire 1200 sq foot parlor floor apt (high ceilings included) with lots of damage, etc. It was about $4300 including supplies. He was very professional.

Relax, people. I share the apartment with the OP, and this was a valid rave. We thought this guy (whom we found on Brownstoner, by the way) did a really great job, was professional and easy to deal with. All we wanted to do was help support a local independent contractor. No need to be so paranoid about fake postings.
