Coop rules confusion
My understanding is that in most coops the building is responsible for the shell of building (roof, windows, skylights, etc). So where is this specified in the paperwork? Is it in the proprietary lease? The original offering plan, the bylaws, house rules?

Look at the repairs section of the proprietary lease. It should delinate whcih party is responsible for particular repairs.
