Contractor Needed
I need a contractor who can provide painting, skim coating, molding and shelving installations. It's a relatively small job but I want someone GOOD. Please submit people that you have had a great / personal experience with ONLY.

I'm just finishing up a reno of a ditmas park victorian...and our contractor was awesome. Totally skilled, talented and VERY well priced. He leads a crew who are also good--but he's the real talent. His name is Albert Chica, #646-472-4842. Let me know if you want more info about him. Call him...you won't be sorry. And say Lynne referred you.

We have a great painter, plasterer and skim coater. He works with an excellent molding installer. The painter's name is Larry Ramos and his # is (347) 524-7693. You can say Phil referred you.
