Brownstone in bed stuy
Looking into buying a brownstone on the border of bed stuy and clinton hill. Want to see if im getting a good deal. I beleive its an sro also, but only 2 tenants left.

just go ahead and buy it. don't bother with a lawyer for the closing either.

Only two tenants left, take ten years each to get them out, then another ten years to file the cert of non-harrassment to get building permits. You get what you pay for.

It doesn't take 10 years to file!!! You're using the wrong expediter.
