Brooklyn Fence
Has anyone here used Brooklyn Fence for a wooden fence installation? I just had them come out for a quote and wondered if anyone had some feedback.

I haven't used them but based on my own sorry experience when I went to sell, before you put up a fence, HAVE A SURVEY DONE!

hm. what happened? lot lines not where you expected them to be?

had to do a boundary line agreement with uncooperative neighbors because we erred in ther favor when replacing our fence. it caused all sorts of issues with title companies etc.... and cost us much more than we would have had to shell out had we known to do a survey ahead of time!

usually title insurance covers that. I just bought a place where the fences were 6" to 1' off in lots of places- and the title company was fine with all that-
