brokers, listings and other tips
I had been looking to buy a small home in the 600K range. I recently saw a garden post with theat great terrace in greenwood heights and thouht that I might rethink a home if I could get an apt with that much outdoor space. Any tips on buildings or brokers I should follow up with? I would like 3 bedrooms in the 500-600 range...

3BR apartments with outdoor space can't be had for $600K or less in Brooklyn. That's why nobody has responded yet.
