If you, presumably a buyer, can't get solid info from the developer, what on earth makes you think that anybody here has information that will answer your question beyond pointing out that there's no C of O yet? Have you even asked the developer what's holding up the C of O (assuming you were even aware it hadn't yet been issued)? And, yes, I am a smart ass - too damned smart to buy in that Brodsky / Van Brody POS. You and the building deserve each other.
