2nd Place Confusion
Anyone know what's up with the brownstone accross from the F train on 2nd Pl? I think the address is 172. It has the parlor and ground floor windows cemented, and for some time now.

i always wondered about that place...why would anyone cement over, unless they dont plan on doing anything with it for a long time.
i know there was some issues with the family when they sold that place.
